The M\u00e1sfamilia Foundation, together with the companies that make up the Top25 Club, held a major event to mark National Work\u2013Life Balance Day, celebrated in Spain every 23 March.<\/p>\n
The purpose of the event was to mark the M\u00e1sfamilia Foundation’s twentieth anniversary. The foundation has worked tirelessly to improve the quality of life and well-being of people and their families, by managing the balance between personal, family and working life through the efr model. The efr Awards were created to recognise and give visibility to the work of the professionals, companies and institutions that have shown their commitment to that balance and worked with determination to make it possible.<\/p>\n
