They looked after me at every moment, whatever the seven-hour time difference,\u201d said the student, who comes from Mexico.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A student on the <a href=\"https:\/\/cmi.es\/en\/master\/master-in-human-management-and-organizational-development\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Master&#8217;s in Human Management and Organizational Development<\/a> describes her experience at CMI Business School. In this video she highlights the welcome she received from the school&#8217;s staff.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e1rbara Salas holds a degree in public relations from the Instituto de Comunicaci\u00f3n Gr\u00e1fica del Norte in Saltillo, Coahuila de Zaragoza. She is part of the first course in Europe to propose a view that goes beyond what some schools still call human resources.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking about her experience at CMI, she describes the process of joining the school. She notes that the <strong>human factor<\/strong> was decisive in her choice since, as she explains, her move meant a great deal of administrative work.<\/p>\n<h3>Why CMI<\/h3>\n<p>Salas also highlighted the corporate social responsibility perspective running through the programme, and the standing of the faculty teaching it. \u201cThey are all researchers with considerable professional experience, and you can tell,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAnother important factor was the scholarship system. There are many of them and they are very varied, recognising our professional record, where we come from, our academic transcript.\u201d She added: \u201cthat helps above all those of us who move country in order to study, with everything that entails \u2014 finding a new home, work, and so on.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Through our Universal Foundation we promote the universality of knowledge, and with it the creation of equitable opportunities for our students.
