The paper is considered one of the Dominican Republic&#8217;s most prestigious, for its reach and the quality of its reporting.<\/p>\n<p>The interview highlighted her perseverance and hard work: \u201c<em>Nilsa Maricel M\u00e1rmol Paulino is a Dominican who emigrated to Madrid in 2007 simply looking to specialise in some area of business. But almost 15 years later she is still in the Spanish capital, now putting her knowledge at the service of the society that received her and, particularly, of those who arrive with the same dreams from where she was born.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The article traces M\u00e1rmol&#8217;s journey: she came to Spain at just 25 on a scholarship to study an MBA, determined to pursue her ambitions and build on the entrepreneurial spirit she shares with her husband, CMI&#8217;s director Rafael Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cHow were we, with all our knowledge and all our studies, going to have a positive impact on society and leave a legacy?\u201d they asked themselves.
