The agreements were signed with Tree Jobs, GT Linkers and BanSabadell Vida<\/strong>, widening the business school’s network of partners for curricular work placements and helping students learn in a real and responsible working environment.<\/em><\/p>\n CMI Business School has signed three new curricular work placement agreements as part of its policy of broadening the working and learning opportunities open to its students. To that end we work to offer spaces for development beyond our own classrooms, so that students also come to know the real needs, challenges and opportunities of working life.<\/p>\n One of the organisations we have reached an agreement with is Tree.Jobs<\/a><\/strong>. This job board is reshaping the traditional job search, driven by the arrival in the workplace of new generations who bring different rhythms and different needs with them. Alignment with corporate purpose and values, environmentally responsible management, motivating projects and flexible hours are some of the key features of this new paradigm, and they are reflected in the vacancies the company lists.<\/p>\n \u201cYour sustainable job board\u201d is the slogan of an organisation committed to reducing its carbon footprint by encouraging remote working among digital-native generations, cutting down on commuting and favouring jobs in less densely populated areas. \u201cOur aim is to shift to a sustainable model of recruitment,\u201d they say. By promoting jobs that are either close to home or fully remote, the new approach benefits workers’ physical and psychological health, makes it easier to balance work with private life, and reduces stress.<\/p>\n Another of the companies is BanSabadell Vida<\/strong><\/a>, a joint venture between the bank Banco Sabadell<\/strong> and the well-known insurer Zurich<\/strong> that acts as the exclusive provider of life insurance, general insurance and pension plans across Banco Sabadell’s entire branch network in Spain.<\/p>\n Banco Sabadell has a body of policies, internal rules and codes of conduct designed to ensure ethical and responsible behaviour throughout the organisation, covering every part of the group’s activity. It has set up a Corporate Responsibility Committee that works across the whole organisation, and in its CSR policy manual the company states its \u201ccommitment to society so that its activity has a positive impact on people and on the environment\u201d.<\/p>\n The third agreement was signed with GT Linkers<\/strong><\/a>, a firm specialising in international recruitment and head-hunting that provides consultancy services for the specialist search for qualified profiles and senior managers anywhere in the world.
