Management Journal publishes Volume 4 (2026) with ten open-access articles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Conscious Management Journal<\/em> (ISSN 2792-5404), the scientific journal of CMI Higher Education, has published its <strong>Volume 4 (2026)<\/strong>: ten articles written by students of our master&#8217;s programmes and selected from the best master&#8217;s theses of their cohort.<\/p>\n<p>The articles cover occupational risk prevention, talent retention, corporate social responsibility, sustainable finance, tourism, the circular economy and the fight against fraud in public relief funds, with cases from the Dominican Republic, Spain, South Africa, the United States and Central America.<\/p>\n<h2>The articles in Volume 4<\/h2>\n<h3>Research <strong>DOI<\/strong> registered with Crossref, an official APA 7th edition citation, JEL and OECD classification codes, and a <strong>&#8220;Key Quotes for Citation&#8221;<\/strong> section summarising its main contributions in English and Spanish. The earlier volumes (2020-2024) have also been updated to this format.<\/p>\n<p><em>Conscious Management Journal<\/em> is a <strong>diamond open-access<\/strong> journal: it is free to read and free to publish in.
