It is a recognition of our family-responsible strategy and practice, and it confirms our commitment to working environments that support both balance and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The certification places us in the efr category of Committed Company C, reflecting our commitment to work-life balance under the efr 1000-5 standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our management team complies with current legislation and has drawn up a catalogue of work-life balance measures, which our colleagues benefit from as members of the organisation.
