Version v1.1 (28/10/2026) · Conscious Management Institute S.A. (CMI Higher Education), Tax ID A87876587, Gran Vía de San Francisco 15, 28005 Madrid (Spain).

1. Purpose

CMI Hub 6.0 is the free online portal through which companies and organisations (the "Organisation") can post internships and jobs on the CMI Job Board, receive applications from current CMI students, and request training, FUNDAE-funded training and consulting services from CMI.

2. Account

The person who registers declares that they are authorised to act on behalf of the Organisation and that the data provided are true. Access credentials are personal; the Organisation is responsible for their use. CMI may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

3. Vacancies

4. Candidates' personal data

Students apply voluntarily and consent to CMI sharing their application and CV with the Organisation for that vacancy only. The Organisation receives these data as an independent data controller, solely for the selection process, undertakes to comply with the GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, not to use them for any other purpose or transfer them to third parties, and to delete them when the process ends (or keep them only with the candidate's consent).

5. Training and consulting requests

Requests sent through the portal are not binding. CMI will send a proposal; the service will be governed by the specific contract or order accepted. FUNDAE funding depends on the Organisation's available credit and the requirements of the State Foundation for Training in Employment.

6. Responsibility

CMI acts as an intermediary between students and Organisations and does not guarantee the outcome of selection processes. The Organisation is responsible for the content it publishes.

7. Data protection of the Organisation's contacts

CMI processes the contact details of the Organisation's staff to manage the account, the Job Board and the services requested, and to send information about CMI services, on the basis of the relationship and legitimate interest. Rights may be exercised at cmi@cmi.es. More information in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and law

CMI may update these terms and will notify registered Organisations. Spanish law applies; the courts of Madrid have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
