To formalize your enrollment and secure your admission and place at CMI Vocational Training Institute, you will need to provide the following documents:

1. Official Identification

  • National students: Photocopy of a valid National ID (DNI).
  • International students: Photocopy of NIE (Foreigner Identification Number) or Passport.

2. Academic Credentials

  • One of the following qualifications:
    • Upper Secondary School Diploma (Bachillerato) or Intermediate/Higher Vocational Training Diploma.
    • Certificate of passing the Higher Vocational Training entrance exam or the entrance exam for candidates over 25 years old.
    • Specialist Technician Diploma.
    • Vocational Training Diploma.
    • University Degree.
    • COU (University Orientation Course) or Pre-University qualification.
    • Second year of Experimental Bachillerato.
    • Entrance exam for Higher Vocational Training programs.
  • For international students: Official recognition (Homologation) or validation of their foreign qualification by the Spanish Ministry of Education or, alternatively, the Conditional Enrollment Certificate (officially stamped by the competent authority).

3. Other Documents

  • Completed Application Form for Higher Vocational Training at CMI, sent to admisiones@cmi.es.
  • Once the above documentation has been verified by CMI: Proof of payment of the enrollment reservation fee.

Places are limited to groups of a maximum of 20 students and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis or according to academic priority. It is important to consider the following deadlines:

  • January – May: Opening of Seat Reservation. Recommended period to secure your place before the end of the current academic year, during which you can save 10% on the program fee.
  • June – July: Regular Enrollment Period.
  • August – September: Extraordinary Period. Only if places remain available after the July process.
  • Mid-September: Start of classes. Launch your future in Administration and Finance!

If you need to apply for a Student Visa, we recommend reserving your place between March and May. The Consulate usually takes a minimum of 60 days to process the documentation, and you will need our Letter of Admission to begin the application procedure.
