- Your group will be represented by a course delegate, who will be responsible for addressing class-related issues.
- Attendance is mandatory for in-person programs and telepresence classes (exceeding 10% absences will result in a failing grade and will be grounds for not obtaining the degree and the corresponding qualification).
- Absences will only be considered justified if official documentation is presented to certify the cause, whether for work reasons (company certificate), medical reasons (medical certificate), or administrative reasons (official summons or other valid document). Documentation must be submitted within a maximum of 5 business days after the absence. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the absence being considered unjustified for all academic purposes.
- For online master’s programs, live attendance is not mandatory. However, active participation in live sessions is recommended for better learning outcomes.
- Punctuality: delays exceeding 10 minutes will result in non-admission to the classroom during the current hour.
- Completion of assignments, exams, and activities within the established deadlines.

- Right to modify instructors and schedules based on availability.
- Recording of online classes in specific programs.
- Obtaining the credits corresponding to a subject will require passing the corresponding exams or evaluation tests.
- The results obtained by the student in each of the subjects of the study plan will be graded on a numerical scale from 0 to 10, expressed with one decimal place, to which its corresponding qualitative grade may be added: 0-4.9: Fail (SS). 5.0-6.9: Pass (AP). 7.0-8.9: Good (NT). 9.0-10: Excellent (SB).
- The highest grade in each subject will receive the distinction of “Matrícula de Honor” (Honors).
- Credits obtained through recognition of credits corresponding to training activities in the study plan will not be numerically graded nor will they count towards the calculation of the academic record average.
- Three class trimesters with academic calendars published monthly.
- Evaluation submissions within 15 calendar days from the last class, or as established by the instructor, according to their discretion.
- Failure to complete assignments, work, or evaluations will result in a “Not Presented” categorization.
- The period will be one week for each subject, during which the student may resubmit any failed or unsubmitted activity, provided there is justification for it.
- Failing any subject will imply, if the student wishes to complete the program, assuming the re-enrollment costs according to the number of credits (ECTS).
- The general minimum attendance to pass the program will be 90%.
- Alternative evaluations will be at the instructor’s discretion, provided they adhere to the course guide published at the beginning of each subject.
- There are two evaluation periods per subject: ordinary and extraordinary.
- To submit the Master’s Thesis (TFM), the student must have previously passed all subjects of the program and be up-to-date with the billing department regarding their financial status.
- To receive the dual degree, the student must pass all subjects, the Master’s Thesis (TFM), internships, and be up-to-date with their payments.
- Plagiarism is considered a very serious offense; therefore, fraudulent conduct in any evaluation test will result in a grade of 0 – Fail (SS) in the corresponding examination. This grade must be based on undeniable evidence of fraud and never on unconfirmed suspicion of the use of illicit means; in the case of in-person tests, these means must be detected during their execution.
- Resulting in a fail (SS), the student must retake the subject in a new examination, after paying the corresponding credits to complete the program.
- The instructor who has detected an irregularity in the performance of any type of evaluation test, assignments, or practical work may, within fifteen calendar days of detection, submit a report of the incident to Academic Coordination for the purpose of initiating, if deemed appropriate, disciplinary proceedings against the student(s) involved.
- To withdraw from the program, the student must submit written communication to Academic Coordination and General Management.
- Withdrawal will result in the loss of access to classes and materials after the effective date.
- The student will not be entitled to a refund of amounts paid.
- Despite withdrawing, the student will be obligated to pay any outstanding fees, if applicable.
- For security measures, students will be recorded by video surveillance systems in internal and external facilities.
- Your data will be processed in accordance with the LOPD-GDD and GDPR.
