He currently combines research, training and university teaching with psychological therapy in his private practice (CGF Psicología), using Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Third-Generation Therapies, including Mindfulness. He has five years of professional experience in Human Resources.

Registered Psychologist (M-31476), with training and professional experience focused on Clinical and Health Psychology. University lecturer and trainer in organisations and public and private entities in the fields of Psychology and Technology, Human Management, Organisational Development and Healthy Companies.
Technopsychologist, expert in Psychology and Technology. Researcher in Technostress: anxiety, fatigue and addiction related to the use of technology. Provides psychological therapy to different population groups through Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Third-Generation Therapies (including Mindfulness) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). Also uses clinical hypnosis as a therapeutic technique.
Lecturer in official undergraduate programmes in Criminology, Marketing and Early Childhood Education. Also teaches in Master’s programmes such as MBA, Human Management and Organisational Development, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability.
Currently PhD Candidate in Clinical and Health Psychology within the research line of Health, Stress and Personality – Technostress.
Professional Experience
The first part of his professional career was linked to Public Administration as a civil servant in the areas of physical health, sport and youth, providing him with knowledge of administrative procedures. He is currently on voluntary leave from Public Administration.
Driven by his passion for psychology, he began a new professional stage in this field, gaining over 2,000 hours of clinical therapy experience, creating mental health-related content and articles, delivering training in public and private entities, and teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
He currently combines psychological therapy, university teaching and professional training in public and private organisations.
He is also actively engaged in research in the field of mental health and the psychological impact of technology use, particularly technostress.
