PhD candidate in Economics and Business and MBA from IE Business School with 20 years of multisector experience in senior management roles; financial management; business development; consultancy and corporate advisory, with a comprehensive vision and a deep understanding of the impact of emerging technologies on new business models and organisations, as well as extensive knowledge of the business fabric and the entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem.
He is Director of the Digital Transformation Office of Castilla-La Mancha. Previously, he served as Commercial Director of Minas de Almadén y Arrayanes, MAYASA (SEPI Group); Expansion Director at the Industrial Development Company of Castilla-La Mancha (SODICMAN); Director of the Legal-Economic Office of the Ministry of Economy and Finance; Director of the European Business and Innovation Centre of Ciudad Real; and Board Member of the Castilla-La Mancha Business Angels Network (GOBAN).

Expert in strategy, entrepreneurship, new business models, innovation, corporate financing and R&D&I funding, both private and public, with extensive experience in the design of public policies and support programmes aimed at entrepreneurs, the creation of startups, spin-offs and innovative technology-based companies; the promotion of innovation, digitalisation and the use of ICTs; and the development of financing instruments for companies and R&D&I. He has broad experience in the design, development and management of growth, development and business competitiveness programmes and projects, in collaboration with various entities, administrations and institutions.
Accustomed to participating in executive and investment committees; designing and implementing strategies and business plans; analysing the feasibility of business and investment projects; leading people and multidisciplinary teams; managing projects and departments; and identifying areas for improvement to unlock organisational potential.
