Professional Experience
Dr Juan Manuel Roca Rodríguez worked from 2000 to 2008 as a business journalist and section editor in various economic newspapers and magazines, covering topics related to Management and the business school sector. From that point onwards, he moved into the field of management consultancy and business schools. Since then, he has served as Director of Communication and Sustainability at Deusto Business School, strategic advisor to executive teams and business schools in Spain and Latin America, and lecturer at several universities and business schools.
Between 2015 and 2017 he was Senior Advisor to the Dean and Director of Executive Education at EGADE Business School of Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico), and since 2017 he has been Director of the management consultancy and business schools firm LeaderactiON, a role he combines with his teaching activities.
