Introduction
Founding President and Dean of CMI Business School. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and an Executive MBA from IESE. He earned his Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Organization from Universidad Carlos III, graduating with honors (sobresaliente cum laude), specializing in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Leadership and sustainable business development. His professional career of over 20 years was developed at the aerospace multinational Airbus as a contract negotiator, project manager, and sustainability ambassador. Since 2017, he has served as the founding president and dean of CMI Business School. In 2020, he founded the scientific journal CMI Journal, an open, transdisciplinary publication specializing in the conscious management of organizations. He is the author of the book Conscious Negotiation and several JCR scientific articles in the fields of leadership and CSR.
