Francisco Javier Ramos González holds a PhD in Economic and Business Sciences. He completed postdoctoral studies at Harvard University, “Course of Management Research”. He is Managing Partner at Boston Asesores. He has more than 36 years of teaching experience at leading institutions such as the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Complutense University of Madrid, Pontifical University Comillas of Madrid (ICAI-ICADE), AE Business School and the University of Nebrija, among many others.
He also served as Director of the Master’s Programme in Business Administration (MBA) at the Postgraduate and Continuing Education Institute of ICAI-ICADE, Pontifical University Comillas of Madrid, in both its Postgraduate and Executive versions.
He was Director in the Placement area at Summa Consulting. He directed and delivered individual and collective outplacement programmes, employment observatory initiatives, retirement preparation, business creation, mentoring, inplacement, and collaborated with other business units.
At Boston Asesores, he was Director of hospital organisational design projects, carrying out executive recruitment and assessment.
Selection technician at CEPSA and professional consultant performing recruitment tasks, design and implementation of training courses, and organisational studies for companies.
