Objective
To be a benchmark in international higher education with training programs focused on leadership and management of organizations based on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Sustainability, R, and positive impact Entrepreneurship.
Scope
Design, management, organization, and delivery of business training programs with a socially responsible and sustainable approach in on-site, blended, online, and distance learning modalities for public and private clients, companies, and organizations.
Exclusions
To deliver training programs, it is not necessary to use equipment or measuring devices that require calibration.
Policy
The purpose of Conscious Management Institute S.A. (CMI), also known as the Institute of Conscious Management, is to contribute to the awakening of society to create a new and better world through research, development, and innovation and the comprehensive education of human beings.
We are based on innovative training in organizational management, placing the fundamental pillar on the integrity of the human being and the responsibility of all people toward society and nature, to help address the challenges of our time.
As a research, development, and innovation organization, we generate and transmit cutting-edge scientific and technological knowledge in harmony and collaboration with sector stakeholders through our multidisciplinary scientific journal CMI Journal (www.cmi-journal.com) and our teaching activities and CMI Editorial.
We offer postgraduate training products and services for excellence in conscious management of organizations, maximizing the development of talent and people’s capabilities. For our excellent faculty, CMI received the “Best Faculty Award” for specialized business schools in 2021.
Through the CMI Universal Foundation, we help individuals and groups with unmet needs, regardless of their situation or origin, by supporting the evolution and improvement of their capabilities, providing financial support and study grants through a Scholarship program, which received the “Best Scholarship Program” award from the Gala Foundation in 2021.
We provide consulting and support for the promotion and creation of new responsible organizations and offer advanced consulting services to leaders and organizations seeking excellence in service to society.
The General Management, committed to quality and customer satisfaction, has decided to implement a quality management system in the company based on ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 21001:2018, designed to meet applicable requirements in order to achieve continuous improvement of the quality management system.
The principles set forth in the Quality Policy are adopted by the founding president and director of CMI and by the co-founder, vice president, and deputy director of the institution, who have the necessary resources for their fulfillment and have been communicated to all CMI employees and collaborators through the Quality Policy.
The director of CMI ensures that the Quality Policy remains documented, implemented, and kept up to date by the quality manager.

Commitment to intellectual property (IP) management
Intellectual property in the context of CMI encompasses all types of intellectual creation generated by students, faculty, researchers, administrative staff, or by the institution itself. This includes copyrights, patents, trademarks, industrial designs, software, educational content, publications, research, among others.
With this in mind, CMI Business School’s management of intellectual property involves:
- Recognizing the rights of creators.
- Ensuring the ethical and legal use of intellectual material.
- Promoting innovation and knowledge transfer.
- Establishing clear policies for ownership, protection, disclosure, and commercialization of intellectual rights.
In this regard, CMI Business School:
- Recognizes and respects the copyrights and intellectual property of its students,
faculty, researchers, and collaborators. - Promotes the creation of works, educational materials, and research under open
and/or protected licenses, as appropriate. - Establishes mechanisms for the legal protection of creations, such as copyright
registrations and patents, when applicable. - Regulates the ownership of intellectual property rights through clear internal
regulations, including rights assignment agreements, licenses, or co-authorships - Encourages knowledge transfer to society, always respecting the
rights of creators and ethical principles.
