The programmes use CMI’s teaching methodology—an innovative, specialised, and advanced pedagogy—combining theory, practice, research, and the case method in an appropriate experiential mix, training decision-making, and providing thorough monitoring of students’ performance and development through personalised tutoring and continuous learning reviews. The programmes are based on tailored, unique curricula that emphasise experience and the student’s overall development.

  • Seat reservations will be awarded in compliance with the requirements of the admission process.
  • The enrollment process can be carried out throughout the year, although enrollment in any of the courses is subject to the availability of vacant seats.
  • The selection of candidates will be carried out by the Admissions Committee composed of the CMI Management and Program Management.
  • CMI will notify the candidate in writing of the outcome of the admissions process by email.
  • Payment of the enrolment fee implies a definitive reservation of a place and is completed by paying €900 as the enrolment fee.

*At CMI Business School, we have made our master’s offering more flexible for non-graduates who can validate the degree through merit-based recognition of relevant professional experience. Professional experience will be considered as a source of knowledge and skills in our admissions criteria to maximise the positive impact of students and the Institute.

The selection process for these candidates will include an interview to determine whether the student can demonstrate sufficient experience, knowledge, and competencies to follow the classes at the established pace without difficulty.

Applicants for this CMI Business School master’s program must hold a Bachelor’s degree, Graduate degree in Psychology, Engineering, Law, Education or Teaching, or other equivalent qualifications complementary to those mentioned above, within the same field as the profiles described.

Applicants to pursue this master’s degree from CMI Business School must hold a Bachelor’s degree, or an Architect, Engineer, Graduate, Lawyer, Technical Engineer, or Teacher degree, or other equivalent and complementary qualifications to the above, within the same field as the profiles described.

All Master’s in Human Management and Organizational Development programs will include an additional discount for members of the CMI Alumni Club. Membership in the Alumni Club is voluntary and free for having completed any course or Master’s program at CMI.

Additionally, CMI offers financing services tailored to meet the needs of students who require them. It also offers discounts to groups and to companies and organizations.

CMI offers interested students the opportunity to complete Professional Internships in Companies. These internships will serve as an ideal complement in the real labor market to the learning developed throughout the study plan.

The duration of the internships is 300 hours, equivalent to 12 ECTS.

Additionally, all students will have the option to continue the internship period on an extracurricular basis, meaning without credit allocation, for a maximum period of 6 months.

CMI grants Study Scholarships through its Universal Foundation for the Human Management and Organizational Development Programs in all their formats.

Scholarships of up to 50% of the price of each program are available and are intended for students with excellent academic records, unemployed individuals, and recent graduates.

A portion of these scholarships is reserved for people from emerging or developing economies, or with a disability, with the aim of promoting equal opportunities across different groups.
