Introduction
Former Director of the Madrid Research and Development (R&D) Centre of one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, responsible for both the administrative and the scientific management of a highly qualified research team, along with the support staff working at the R&D centre, exercising goal-oriented and motivating leadership. He also acted as regional representative in cross-cutting initiatives, including public support for R&D programmes run in partnership with industry and the Ministries of Health.
