The Master's in Access to the Legal Profession immerses you in a legal education aimed squarely at professional practice. Over the course of the programme you will work on litigation, legal advice and legal management across different specialisms, from a current standpoint connected to what the profession actually requires.

Forty per cent of the mark for each subject comes from applied projects, through our Learning Route and 360º Exploration — UTAMED's innovative teaching model.
Mid-term assessments UTAMED's mid-term exams offer continuous assessment that is formative and motivating. They let you measure your progress, reduce stress and practise with real papers. If you pass the mid-term, the final exam covers only the second half.
Online learning You can attend live classes — one hour per subject per week. They are not compulsory, and the recording is available at any time. There is also a video library to help you work through the syllabus.

Entry requirements

Students with university studies

Admission to the master's requires a Spanish law degree (Licenciado or Graduado en Derecho), or another equivalent university qualification attesting to the necessary legal competences.
Graduates of foreign universities must have their qualification formally recognised as equivalent to the Spanish law degree before the master's begins. Conditional enrolment is not permitted for Spanish students with the final-year project and up to 9 ECTS still outstanding.
A declaration of equivalence to bachelor's level is not sufficient: formal recognition as the specific law qualification is expressly required.
