Introduction

Extensive international experience in university teaching and business consultancy, specialising in continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies, and organisational leadership. With more than 20 years across multinational companies and executive education, he combines a solid academic grounding in industrial psychology and human resources with a practical focus on operational excellence and talent development. He currently divides his time between teaching at several European universities and strategic consultancy in business transformation and organisational culture.
