“The admissions team gave me all the information I needed to handle the paperwork for my move. They looked after me at every moment, whatever the seven-hour time difference,” said the student, who comes from Mexico.

Bárbara Salas holds a degree in public relations from the Instituto de Comunicación Gráfica del Norte in Saltillo, Coahuila de Zaragoza. She is part of the first course in Europe to propose a view that goes beyond what some schools still call human resources.
Speaking about her experience at CMI, she describes the process of joining the school. She notes that the human factor was decisive in her choice since, as she explains, her move meant a great deal of administrative work.

Salas also highlighted the corporate social responsibility perspective running through the programme, and the standing of the faculty teaching it. “They are all researchers with considerable professional experience, and you can tell,” she said.
“Another important factor was the scholarship system. There are many of them and they are very varied, recognising our professional record, where we come from, our academic transcript.” She added: “that helps above all those of us who move country in order to study, with everything that entails — finding a new home, work, and so on.”
