CMI Business School has begun 2023 by being awarded the efr (Empresa Familiarmente Responsable) certification, granted by the Fundación Másfamilia. It is a recognition of our family-responsible strategy and practice, and it confirms our commitment to working environments that support both balance and sustainability.
The certification places us in the efr category of Committed Company C, reflecting our commitment to work-life balance under the efr 1000-5 standard.
Our management team complies with current legislation and has drawn up a catalogue of work-life balance measures, which our colleagues benefit from as members of the organisation. We have also appointed an efr manager, responsible for running the efr model effectively across the school.
